Web Developer Responsibilities: * Implement an extensive multi variant testing program to optimize conversion on the /de site * Develop, maintain and optimize an extensive set of dynamic landing pages to support the SEM program in France * Support the French Online Marketing Manager in all his / her online endevours * Create and design locally relevant, cohesive graphical elements for web, email, presentations and print in German - Translate business messages into persuasive graphical designs for the French market * Participate in the design of direct marketing and customer email communications for France * Design and build campaign micro sites – independent of the US infrastructure for lead generation purposes in France Required Skills/Experience: * This is a multi-disciplinary role, requiring a broad exposure across all areas of web based marketing in France. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of achievement, technical competence, proven ability to learn quickly on the job and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Core experiences must include: Mother tongue - French * Fluent in English - both spoken and written * Marketing/multi-media or computing graduate with work experience gained in the IT industry or an Interactive Marketing agency in France * Expert in XHTML, Javascript (jquery), CSS, XML. OpenCMS, CS4 Suite, * Expert in Omniture Test and Target or other Multi Variant Testing tool * Strong Flash skills, experience of building flash assets for international deployment, external XML etc * Familiar with object- oriented design and programming * Graphic design background a big plus * Experience with large-scale environments, a JSP model in particular * Familiar with API/Web Services (SOAP/REST) concepts * Ability to work well in a small geographically dispersed team * Ability to work against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Work on multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously * Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to “turn on a dime”, think through problems to come up with innovative solutions then deliver against very tight deadlines. * Solid and dependable – accuracy being number 1 priority * Logical, organized with an unwavering attention to detail. Strong problem solving/analytical abilities * Must thrive on teamwork & be able to circumnavigate obstacles with creative technical solutions. * Willing to receive direction and guidance within a team environment and to adopt and develop best practices * You have travelled, worked abroad or done something remarkable in your life.
