Software Development Engineer in Test # Conceive, design, implement, and support the validation engine # Design and implement automation of new and existing test suites # Develop a wide array of software components, from pure Javascript user interfaces to distributed service programming to test case automation # Specify company-wide APIs for test case integration, and educate engineering on the use and implementation of those APIs # Support both Engineering and QA to enable high-throughput regression testing and validation of data-intensive applications Education, Skills, Abilities and Experience Required # BS in CS/Math/EE or equivalent technical experience # Proficiency in at least 2 of Erlang, Javascript, Perl, C#, Java, Python, Ruby, Clojure, or C # Competence with distributed programming and robust systems # Familiarity with HTTP and RESTful systems # Practical, common sensical approach to software design and implementation # Very strong UNIX/Linux skills, including administration # Ability to work through the entire lifecycle with minimal requirements and guidance # Acute awareness of the costs of software development and the proven ability to manage those costs # Ability to interact postiviely with a wide array of partners, including embedded engineers, software engineers, marketing, and management Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
