Technical Recommendation and Testing æLeads testing efforts. æEnsures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. æWorks with client personnel to identify required changes. æCommunicates needed changes to development team. Project Execution æAssists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules. æTakes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback. æCommunicates and applies project standards. æManages resources in accordance with project schedule. æConsistently delivers high-quality services to our clients. æUnderstands the components of running a fiscally successful project. Innovator Development æConducts effective progress evaluations in a timely manner. æMentors those with less experience through informal channels. æSeeks and participates in development opportunities above and beyond training required by us. æTrains other innovators through both formal and informal training programs.
