All retail associates use this application and it provides a snapshot of information about the client and his/her accounts. The application also allows the associates to update certain information, as well as to process transactions that interface to our recordkeeping systems. *BRIEF POSITION DESCRIPTION:* The Project Leader manages multiple applications development projects, working with the end user, and provides direction to the project team. The projects will be in-house developed applications (*Web sphere, JAVA, J2EE, Struts*) and this position will lead the project from inception to final customer acceptance and deployment and will manage the project on-time and on-budget. This position is a hands-on position (not an administrative project lead position).
