Cisco IP Telephony Engineer RESTON, Virginia Duration: 3 Months Description: We are seeking an IP Telephony engineer to assist with the operation of a 15 site, 1500 person Cisco communications system beginning immediately for the next 3-6 months. Work will occur mainly during normal business hours however there may be occasional requirements for after hours work for system maintenance or troubleshooting. REQUIRED SKILLS: * Deployment experience with Cisco Communications Manager centralized cluster with remote sites running SRST functionality. * Unity Ver 5. * Meeting place express ver 5.2. * IPCC express custom reporting (Ver 5.02 AND Ver 8.0). * IPCC scripting ( Ver 5,02 AND Ver 8.0). * Experience with integration of Cisco Call Manager ver 8 and incorporating call routing, number translation, pickup groups, and call handler issues in an operational environment. * Demonstrated ability to Integrated Cisco Contact Center express with Cisco Unified Communications Manager ver 8 for test and evaluation of production role out. * Demonstrated thorough understanding of Voice Gateways (H323, MGCP), Protocols (H323, SIP, and MGCP), IP Contact Center technologies (ACD, IVR) and CTI application in providing solutions to customer. Desirable Skills: * Ability to integrate features related to extension mobility and layer 3 roaming in a multi vendor environment with Implemented Cisco Unified Communications Manager Applications like Extension mobility and attendant console. * Cisco UCS Ver 8.0 with VMware ( New Cisco hardware platform).
