At least 2 years' experience in Ms Access 2003, MS SQL Server and T-SQL required. At least 3 years experience required in designing applications. *Specific Duties and Responsibilities: * *1. *Analyze needs, design, and develop two applications: Accounting for and Tracking Taxes owed to the SC Department of Revenue from Surplus Property Sales and Accounting for and Tracking Monies owed to Organizations that turn in surplus property. *2. *Develop an application to schedule drivers to pick up surplus property; this scheduling is done by region. All applications will be done in MS Access 2003 using a MS SQL Server database as the back end. If time permits, person would also develop additional MS Access reports using the local MS SQL Server database and assist the database administrator in creating T-SQL code to update and maintain the local MS SQL Server database.
