*Please send resume to [email protected]* * * *Position : PM – ETL/Datawarehouse* *Location : Jersey City, NJ ( Only Local )* *Duration : 3-6 Months* *Rate : Open * * * *Manage the IT aspects of a global implementation of two major off-the-shelf Economic Capital Management (ECM) and Loss Reserving desktop modeling tools (EMB ResQ and ICRFS-Plus). Plan, execute and monitor the IT tasks and deliverables as part of an ECM Program. Coordinate IT activities with the other “work streams” in the ECM program to meet a Phase I deliverable. Work with the IT Infrastructure areas to configure and install sandbox and production infrastructures for Igloo and ResQ products. Work with the Application Architecture and Data Architecture areas to design and construct an ETL solution for extracting data from varied source systems into the Igloo and ResQ modeling tools. Manage a team of Business Analyst, Data Analyst, ETL architect, Application Architect and developers. Present weekly project status and issues within the IT stream and ECM Program. Experience and Qualifications: 7-10 years of project management experience leading large, complex and “time box” development projects with 10-15 staff of employees and consultants. Experienced in Data Warehouse applications or ETL processes. Managed multiple or global projects and resources across multiple disciplines. Hands-on experience with a full systems life cycle methodology from requirements to deployment (waterfall and iterative approaches). A proven track record of delivering systems on-time, on budget without sacrificing scope. Exceptional risk identification and mitigation ability including agility and creativity in resolving project issues without impacting schedule or cost. Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) used in daily interaction with direct and extended project team and “selling” ideas and solutions to Business/IT senior management. Insurance, enterprise risk management or economic capital management experience a plus.
