ETL Architect
Jersey City, NJ 6 months Financial data and/or insurance exposure Design, develop, test, debug, implement and maintain ETL workflows, shell scripts, and stored procedures to support new solution development Provide ongoing maintenance and support of assigned production ETL processes Monitor performance of production ETL processes and correct any identified issues or problems Perform root cause analysis on problematic queries and ETL jobs Document detailed ETL design and specifications Optimize ETL processes for maximum efficiency Perform source to target data mapping Perform data analysis and profiling on data sources Review and assess business rules and project plans Collaborate with business users/developers to provide required data, analysis and reports Perform other related duties as assigned or required Manage job scheduling using shell scripts Design Information Quality & Information Management Governance. Minimum of 4 years of formal ETL experience using Datastage Ability to multi-task across multiple projects within different contexts in a fast paced environment Extensive hands-on experience designing information driven Business Intelligence Solutions Advanced knowledge of DataStage 8.1 ETL tool and it's administration High proficiency in SQL, DB2 and Oracle PL/SQL Proficiency using of one or more of major data modeling tools such as Erwin or Data Architect Excellent understanding of data modeling techniques and processes for Data Warehouse and Data Marts Solid experience in query performance analysis, and issue detection Excellent understanding of relational and dimensional data models Extensive experience in data profiling and data quality analysis Experience with data migrations and planning Experience in Unix Shell Scripting SQL Server 2008 SSIS and 2000 DTS package working knowledge Thanks & Regards, Roshan Syed NatSoft Corporation 1075 Easton Avenue Tower 3, Suite # 4 Somerset, NJ 08873 Phone:732-476-6230 Fax: 732-909-2246 <mailto:[email protected]> [email protected] <http://www.natsoft.us> www.natsoft.us -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
