Requirements and Qualifications: The ideal candidate is a highly experienced, certified J2EE designer with experience in designing SSO systems or components, or other software integrating two or more J2EE-based systems. Very good oral and written communication skills are required to codify and communicate the design. A background in healthcare is also required for fluency in terminology and concepts, due to the short nature of the project. Required Technologies: 5+ years J2EE: Detailed knowledge about designing and architecture of the J2EE environment Detailed knowledge about Spring and Struts frame work Detailed knowledge of Design Patterns used in the Java development environment Good understanding of the MVC architecture in the Java environment. Good understanding of PVCS. Familiarity with industry best design approaches (e.g. J2EE 5-tier model). 3+ years experience with modeling and development tools: Detailed knowledge of using Rational Suite (Rational Modeler, Rational Application Developer) Detailed knowledge about Rational and Hybrid Project methodology Preferred Technologies (not required): WTX tool Experience with static code analysis tools such as Fortify or similar security tools Experience with runtime vulnerability assessment tools such as AppScan Thanks and Regards, Nick Carter - Data Group Inc.
