*Job Title : Information Analyst Location : Bridgeport, CT Duration : 6-9 month Rate : $40/Hr EAD/GC/Citizen Only. MUST have healthcare experience.* Roles and Responsibilities: Informatica issue resolution. Serve as the first line of support internally for any Informatica issues raised by the solutions teams Serve as day to day contact with Informatica Support for issue tracking and resolution for issues that cannot be solved internally at HP Resource management. Monitor and manage compute and storage resources associated with the Informatica cluster Performance tuning help for solutions teams including process optimization, cache tuning, etc Maintain best practices. Maintain a library of best practices in order to support knowledge sharing between HP’s Informatica architects and developers Software upgrades plan and manage Informatica software patching and upgrades Security administration. Manage Informatica users and roles in order to enforce HP/Liberty data security, while making sure all users have the necessary access to perform their tasks Interface with the support team for HP in order to schedule and monitor Informatica production support team. · The ETL developer in charge of the programs which extract the data from source OLTP applications and populate the data warehouse. · The ETL developer should be familiar with the ETL tool such Informatica, and the programming language used to perform the ETL jobs. · Design and develop the ETL programs · Perform the unit testing Skills/Requirements 5+ years experience building and managing Informatica Solutions including large volume ETL processing Solid knowledge of Informatica Software stack for version 8.6.1 including PowerCenter and Data Explorer Experience deploying Informatica Workflow on Grid and Session on Grid Experience with Informatica Web Services Solid experience with Informatica performance tuning including cache tuning Experience with Informatica’s “push down” technology Experience with the enterprise scheduling software, preferably Tidal Software Some experience with relational databases especially Oracle Experience with basic HPUX systems administration and HPUX scripting ----------------------------------------- Warm Regards , Shawn - Sr. Technical Recruiter Riviera Consulting LLC.
