The team works with the user community and business units to understand needs and opportunities, and design global products that serve users and exceed business goals. Job Requirements: a.. At least 6 years of professional design experience preferably with a focus on creating rich web applications. Experience in ecommerce is a plus. b.. Bachelors or higher degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or related field. c.. Writing product specifications (Wireframes, story boards, mock ups, etc.), used by engineering to build the product. (Samples must be provided) d.. Solid hands on experience with visual design. e.. Defining long-term user experience strategies. f.. Presenting new product ideas and strategies to the executive staff. g.. Creating and applying design frameworks. h.. Setting the design direction for your projects and collaborating with others designers working in the space. i.. Working with engineering to ensure the product is built according to your specs. j.. Identifying and leading process improvements that make the UI Design group more efficient and effective.
