*Job Title : Senior Java Developer Location : Minneapolis,MN Duration : 3-6 month Rate : Market US Citizen or Greencard Only Face-to-Face Interview required* J2EE Weblogic MQ Hibernate Lead / Mentor roles around Java Work Authorization – US Citizen or Greencard Position Summary: The Technical Lead Programmer Analyst is responsible for the underlying architecture for the software program, as well as for overseeing the work being done by any other software engineers working on the project. This role will act as a mentor for new programmers, as well as for all members on the development team, serves as interface between the programmers and management, and leads technical knowledge and technical systems review. Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or Engineering/Business with an emphasis in Information Technology. However, upon evaluation, equivalent related experience and/or education may be substituted for degree requirement. Minimum Experience: Six years technical work experience in a software development environment which included five years experience performing software development on proprietary software applications. Five years experience with Java programming with at least 2 years of advanced J2EE application architecture experience. Experience with relational databases and object-relational mapping required. Proficient using RUP and UML. Requires ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lead teams in complex development projects is needed. Fundamental project management experience and full technical knowledge of all phases of project development or in the modification efforts of new or existing software is required. Key Knowledge: Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies along with experience in regulatory oversight is required. Knowledge of application framework architecture, application servers, application security, distributed application security, database environment,data-driven application methodololgies. Knowledge of O Oracle, BEA Weblogic, IBM Websphere MQ, Business Objects XI and Business Objects data Integrator helpful. Key Skills: Expert technical skills in J2EE, JMS, XML, EJB 3.0 Persistence (Hibernate and equivalent), and Object Oriented Framework design. Messaging Design, Web services and relation database technology. Excellent written and oral communications skills required.
