Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst or Project Manager Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 18 Months Contract Payment Terms: Net 45 Days *Qualifications/Requirements:* PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Significant experience ( 8-10+ years) with the development, improvement,and standardization of detailed business processes • Proven experience in designing and improving operational processes • Exceptional customer experience orientation • Project management experience leading large scale/impact Experience with process mapping tools such as iGrafx or Visio (BPMN a plus) • Experience with packaged software implementations • Proven ability to develop relationships across a matrixed organization and work with key business stakeholders to co-develop strategy and execute initiatives • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) • Results driven, self-starter with excellent execution skills • Bachelor's degree • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is required. Candidate must be flexible, well organized and able to work well under pressure. Candidate must work well without close supervision.
