I know it is low, but it is a great company and opportunity. *Location: Wauwatosa, WI* *Duration: 3 months contract to hire* *Title: Project Manager* *Rate: $30 an hour on a C2C basis* *Key Responsibilities Include:* · Ensure correct engagement of technical and support staff during incidents · Carry out timely and effective escalations · Facilitate incident process and drive fast resolution · Manage incident SLAs · Communicate to Business, CIOs and CIO Staff during major incidents · Team communications during major incidents · Drive continuous improvement of incident process · Quality assurance (contents of incident tickets, incident notifications/communications) · Incident metric reporting · Provide daily/weekly summary reports · Coach Event Analysts · Research Knowledge Bases, Known Error Database (KEDB) and other sources of information that will ensure fast resolutions of incidents · Update, create and improve Knowledge Bases and Known Error Database (KEDB) *Quality Specific Goals:* * * · Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position · Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines · Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required · Responsible for data integrity of the system inventory, as applicable · Responsible for the validation of all GxP relevant applications and maintaining the validated state of those applications · Aware of and comply with the change management work instruction *Qualifications:* · Experience managing and enforcing security policies · Experience in one or more security technology areas (firewall, IDS, IPS, etc.) · Serve as a project team member · Coordinate efforts in line with the "bigger picture" to maximize the overall value of IT service delivery and demonstrated history resolving conflicts in priority · Awareness of and ability to deliver compliance requirements · Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization · Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills · Analytic, creative and technical problem solver · BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent · Minimum five years IT experience *Preferred Qualifications:* · Green Belt certified · Leadership Training Program Experience (IMLP, OMLP, FMP) · Vendor / Professional certification (Cisco, SANS, etc.) · Experience in the healthcare industry · Lean experience PMP / ITIL certified *Hardeep Bhatia|* ** Saxon Global Inc (Formerly known as *ITCell Inc) *W 972 550 9346 ext 209 | D 972 573 3647| www.saxon-global.com <http://www.itcell.net/>| 1300 W Walnut Hill Ln Ste 257 Irving TX 75038 -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
