Duration : 6 + Months Rate : $35-38/hr DOE *Looking for consultants that enjoy working in the Windows environment and have an desire to complete technical tasks and provide excellent customer service at a fast pace. Approximately 14 Data Specialists (internal and external) make up the SQL Server Product Support team and SQL Server DBA Service team. 1. Working knowledge of Windows 2003 and some knowledge of Windows 2008 desired. 2. Working knowledge of Windows Script Host and VB script. 3. Knowledge of Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager (SCOM). 4. Experience with T-SQL and the SQL language in general. 5. Experience with administration and configuration of SQL Server 2005 and some knowledge of SQL Server 2008 desired. 6. Experience with SQL Server Log Shipping 7. Some experience with Windows Clustered server environments. 8. Knowledge of Windows security 9. Knowledge of Active Directory concepts 10. General understanding of database replication and heterogeneous data access concepts. 11.
