The ideal candidate will have experience (1) writing training documents for new software applications from scratch, (2) designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs, and (3) developing material for training delivery using a virtual / webinar format. The candidate will be required to submit a writing sample, undergo a writing assessment, and provide a training demonstration. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* * * • Develop curriculum to train system functionality that will be used by a variety of user groups • Develop training materials, including student guides, trainer support guides, user manual(s), and training evaluation / assessment tools • Develop training materials for use in either a traditional classroom setting or a virtual / webinar format (i.e. facilitated remotely using LiveMeeting) • Analyze training effectiveness, identify and communicate potential improvement opportunities • Edit, format, standardize, and make changes to written material • Collaborate with technical team members (such as developers or testers) to clarify functionality for training documentation to§ Work collaboratively with a team of trainers deliver a Train-the-Trainer course.
