*Project* *Details are as follows:* *Title* *:* Oracle Application DBA support suite 12i upgrade E *Requirement* *:* Oracle Application DBA support suite 12i upgrade Extensive use 11i & 12i AD utilities Building J2EE applications with Oracle JDeveloper and deploying in their appropriate OC4J containers Linux RHEL 5.4 64bit and db running AIX Hardware upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3 *Location* *:* Stamford, CT *Duration* *:* 6+ *Description:* Client is looking for 1 resource specializing in Oracle Financials apps for an e.business suite 12i upgrade to assist with. *REQUIREMENTS*: Typical Oracle Application DBA support knowledge up to and including: • Oracle Applications system administration activities for 11i and 12i • Extensive use 11i & 12i AD utilities (Rapidwiz, RapidClone, autoconfig, adpatch, adctrl, adrelink, adadmin) • Knowledge of shell scripting & cron Scheduling • Knowledge of PPM to apply patches or promote changes (this is the code migration tool that Aetna uses, not a critical requirement, but definitely nice to have) • Perform applications Cloning using Autoconfig and RapidClone • Configure Oracle Applications Manager and set up AutoConfig • Knowledge of managing customizations using Autoconfig templates. • Knowledge of WebADI and Reports Manager • Apply mini-patch sets, standalone patches, and upgrade patchsets. • Monitor/Identify any performance related issues of Oracle Apps 11i and 12i. Capable of analyzing FRD & tkprof trace files.
