Length: 6 Months+ 10+ Years of hands on software development experience in broad range of technologies. Responsibilities - Contribute to small subsystem architecture design and write functional specs. - Design and develop new software product features. - Develop complex, multiple modules of code with minimum supervision. - Debug problems at Subsystem level. - Perform complex system level unit, integration, and dev tests. - Identify and resolve complex problems at system level. - Required Skills - In-depth knowledge of Java, Web Applications, design patterns. - Experience in J2EE, EJB, Hibernate, JMS, JDBC, relational database is mandatory. - Experience in Web Based UI Development using Flex and Dojo. - Experience in Spring Framework. - Experience with FLEX IS MUST. - Good experience in application servers JBoss, Glassfish and WebSphere. - Knowledge of Linux, Virtualization is mandatory. - Proven ability to develop feature designs and deliver high-quality code on schedule. - Ability to multitask and work flexible working hours. - Excellent written and verbal communication, team and people skills. -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
