Send resumes to *m...@ksourceinc.com* *Title: Sr Java developer* *Duration: 2 years* *Location: Jacksonville, FL* *Duration: 6+ months* · Responsible for analysis, design, coding and testing of new applications or enhancements to existing applications using Java-based technologies, including Java, J2EE, JSP, XML, JDBC, and Servlets. · Must be able to apply SDLC concept and have a proven track record of delivering solid, robust applications. · Must have a solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming. · Strong communication skills are required as position will interact with business owners. · 8+ years of prior Java development experience required. Job Summary: * Technical expertise in web development (JSF/AJAX/JavaScript), as well as ability to define and document technology system scope, objectives, and requirements. Primary Activities and Responsibilities: * Create system designs to facilitate the inter-operability of large-scale business systems for new web applications that provide functionality supporting railroad activities. * Research, analyze, and define business solutions of large systems scope and complexity. Prepare detailed specifications for large complex projects and design solutions for complex business problems. * Document test cases, expected test results, test data requirements, and collaborate with testing teams and business partners to resolve testing problems. * Code, debug, test and support utilities, tools, and frameworks to support the application development process.
