Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including e-mail applications, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Demonstrates strong problem solving and analytical skills. Able to assess whether code, environment or data is root cause of problems. Proficient with SQL or equivalent software products to find, modify, and create test data.
