*Role:* Oracle ERP Systems Analyst

*Location:* Atlanta, GA

*Length:* 6 Months to 1 Year

*Interview type:* Face to Face after Phone Screen



*Not looking for customization work.  Need configuration and set up
experience in R12*



We have a need for an Oracle ERP Systems Analyst to assist with their R12
upgrade, as well as data migration projects, as a member of the AR, GL, INV
and CM project team.



This person should be an independent self started who will provide support
to the project team for specific modules.  Job responsibilities will
include;

   - Analysis of business process to ensure the test environments for R12
   system is configured to match that process.
   - Receive issues as reported from the project team, and complete analysis
   to determine best process to resolve.
   - Identify business gaps between system and process, and communicate
   those gaps to the project management team.
   - Work with functional users to identify requirements for new and
   additional functionality to existing modules.

*Qualifications:*



1)     Required

a.     Minimum two years experience with managing and maintaining an Oracle
ERP R12 environment.

b.    Multiple project experience with upgrading Oracle ERP from 11i to R12

c.     Experience with working in the AR, GL, INV, and CM modules.

d.    Documented experience in working within an Oracle R12 environment.

e.     Extensive hands on experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle 8i/9i/10G,
Oracle Reports Builder, Oracle Forms Builder, Oracle Discoverer (10G),
Oracle XML Publisher & Oracle ADI required.

f.     Must have strong background in development of interfaces into and
from Oracle R12 environment (specific knowledge of API’s for all modules).

g.    Must have strong background in planning and executing Unit, System,
Integration, and Performance Tests for all modules.

h.     Must have strong background in Application and Processing controls
and security for all modules.



2)     Preferred

a.     Additional experience with modules PO, iProc, iExpense, IPM, INV and
OM preferred, but not required.

b.    Experience with Oracle Multi-Ogr and Trading Community Architectures

c.     Experience with COA design and implementation

d.    Customer service focused with the ability to effectively organize
tasks, manage multiple priorities/details, meet schedules, and deliver on
customer commitments.

3)     Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical
concepts to functional users using the appropriate level of detail.

4)     Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.



*Education requirements:*

BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.



*Typical Training / Experience* - Typically requires BS/BA or Associates
degree in related discipline; Generally more than 2 years of experience in
related field; certification is required in some areas

completion of moderately complex assignments. Solid knowledge of
organization's technologies and practices



*Influence/People Leadership* - May provide general guidance, direction or
train functional support and professional personnel
