*Project details are as follows:* *Title* *:* Oracle PL/SQL Developer with strong Informatica *Location* *:* Philadelphia, PA *Duration* *:* 12 mnths + *Required* *:* Face-Face, Telephonic *Description:* Strong in PL/SQL and Informatica *MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Development, support, and maintenance of logical and physical data models, along with corresponding metadata, to support online/reporting applications · Designing, developing and unit testing stored procedures and functions, involving moderate to complex multi-table relationships. Develop new processes to facilitate import and normalization Write detailed design specifications. Mentor team members Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously. Perform code reviews/design reviews. Participate in requirements gathering and design sessions. Ensure enhancements meet established quality and end user needs. Rotating Production Support *REQUIRED SKILLS*: BA/BS degree with seven plus years of relevant experience. 5 + years of Oracle Database development (10g or 11g). Skilled in structured design and development in the area of Oracle PL/SQL database packages, stored procedures, functions, exception handling and batch job scheduling Experience using Bulk binding, REF cursors, collections, DBMS packages, functions, types and Oracle objects Highly skilled in performance tuning - analyzing query plans and query tuning, partitioning, optimizer hints Strong analytical skills. High proficiency in understanding relational and dimensional data models Proven background improving process quality and providing system automation recommendations and strategies to manage solutions and data efficiently Strong SDLC process knowledge Effective oral and written communication skills Work independently, as well as in a collaborative office environment with other developers, business analysts, and a project management team. *POSITION PREFERRED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED):* · Experience with PL/SQL Developer Experience with Informatica (PowerCenter 8.6) Server and Client tools like Repository Manager, Mapping Designer and Workflow Working knowledge of Autosys 11 including scripts design, dependency management and notification processes. Knowledge of Daily Defined Contribution Plan record-keeping (401(k) annuity based product preferred). Good understanding of operating procedures of investment products.
