We have an urgent req. for Oracle apps upgrade consultant with R12 at Pittsburgh, PA ; The consultant needs to start ASAP ;the details of the position are listed below *Location: Pittsburgh, PA Duration: 15 months Rate: open*** *Role :Oracle apps R12 HR/Labor Distribution * We are seeking an Oracle R12 Human Resources/Labor Distribution Functional Analyst to assist with integration testing – creating test scripts, document test scripts in a pre-defined template, executing scripts, and the testing of interfaces to HR and LD. Consultant must possess deep expertise in HR and/or LD (i.e., HR employee and assignment setup in a multi-org/multiple sets of books environment, org set up in a multi-org/multiple sets of books environment, knowledge of processing payroll to Oracle General Ledger and Grants Accounting. Experience with SQL/TOAD, and the new functionality in R12. Need is today through May 2012 Scope of the project : . R12 Upgrade - Scope · *Data upgrade* - From 11.5.10.2 to R12. · *Architecture Changes* – Migrating from Sun to Linux as well as going from a single-tier to multi-tier structure. · *Grants Globalization* – Currently have 5 sets of books (1 for US, 1 for Qatar, 1 for Australia, and 2 are consolidation SoBs). Adding Grants functionality to the Qatar and Australia set of books as part of the upgrade. · *New functionality in R12 for current modules* – Exploring new functionality required to use or can implement with minimal scope creep. On areas of focus is in the Payables module.
