*Job title : Websphere Developer Location : Minneapolis, MN Duration : 6 Months Rate : Market * *Must Have: 5 years of US working experience.* Qualifications: Ability to review assigned applications to understand application architecture (WebSphere, Oracle, ColdFusion) and creates plans for migrating the applications from Solaris to Linux. Current WebSphere 6.1/7 devolvement experience required *10+ years industry experience* • 7+ years overall UNIX experience • 5+ years of large system analysis in a UNIX environment • 5+ years developing/enhancing large-scale enterprise applications • 5+ years troubleshooting/debugging large-scale enterprise applications • 5+ years Oracle (PL/SQL, SQLPLUS, SQLLDR) • 5+ years J2EE application development on Webpshere 6.1/7 (familiarity with WAS Administration) • 3+ years very strong experience with Solaris to Linux migrations • 3+ years Enterprise Linux experience • 2+ years Oracle iAS 10G (J2EE and mod_plsql) • 2+ years Unix shell scripting • Strong familiarity with network concepts (Protocol, firewall, router) • Strong familiarity with authentication/authorization in J2EE applications (particularly LDAP) • Experience carrying out porting & migration assessment studies • Experience in the use of the HP Solaris to Linux toolkit • COTS migration analysis experience for Solaris to Linux • Understanding of basic UNIX operating system environment (basic commands) and application installation process (Solaris package manager and RPM manager) • Exposure to Solaris/Linux application development process (source control, build/make process, scripting, C/C++ programming) • Some after hours / weekend work required during migration cutovers. • Nice To Have: • Coldfusion 9, Perl, C/C++; Deployment and configuration of COTS applications ---------------------------------------- Thanks and Best Regards, Sam Riley | Lead Technical Recruiter Email: [email protected] Direct: 201-710-8278 -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
