· Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with end users. · Experience with data warehouse and operational data store; analysis, design, and implementation. · Experience in developing reporting applications for Call Centers and Insurance or related industry. · Reporting on AVAYA phones systems is a big plus. *Contract Specifics* · Review all existing phone system reports to document their purpose and structure and identify any duplication. · Clearly describe the changes that need to be made to support the changes to the phone system. · Generate accurate estimates for the effort involved to update the reports. · Implement the changes needed and lead the testing effort.
