Complete service requests and problem > cases. > • Manage and track Business Objects and associated tool license usage, > provide input for long range licensing plans and optimization. > • Responsible for activities such as conceptual design, detail technical > specifications and technical documentation. Partner with Enterprise > Architecture and application teams to design Business Objects solutions. > • Participates in the design, development, testing, implementation and > documentation of the solution > • Assists in estimating tasks and the preparation of project plans > • Experience with installations and maintenance in a Linux/Unix > environment. > • Recommends methods for improved work processes, detailing the > process’s strengths and answering clients’ questions to gain group > consensus. Tracks internal trends and suggests process improvements > based on observations. > • Measures performance of the newly implemented solutions against > desired results and recommends basic improvements; demonstrates a strong > sense of ownership for outcomes. > • Questions current methods, while evaluating broad implications, to > develop practical improvements.
