* * *Position:* *PeopleSoft HRMS Functional Consultant -* *Location: Tampa, FL* *Duration: 6 Months* * * JD for Functional Consultant Requirement --> • Bachelor’s degree • At least 2~3 full lifecycle implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS applications. Working experience of PSFT HCM 9.1 • Excellent HRMS domain expertise with established thought leadership in Core HR, NA Payroll and Benefits Modules. • Expertise in setting up Payroll related information for large user groups. Experience in parallel testing. • Extremely good presentation skills • Expertise in data migration and integration aspects pertaining to HRMS implementation. • Good understanding of IT delivery methodologies. • Proven track record in IT Consulting / HRMS architecture / solution delivery.. • Excellent HRMS domain expertise with established thought leadership in Core HR, NA Payroll and Benefits Modules. • Extremely good presentation skills • Ability to conduct CRP sessions for large user groups • Expertise in working with cross functional teams and defining functional roadmaps for the solutions • Expertise in data migration and integration aspects pertaining to HRMS implementation. • Good understanding of IT delivery methodologies. • Proven track record in IT Consulting / HRMS architecture / solution delivery. Offshore team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively. • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Strong ability to take bottom line responsibility.
