Length: 1 Year+ REQUIRED SKILLS • Certified Scrum Master with 2 years’ experience with Agile methodology • Key competencies are results driven, strong communication with diverse stakeholder group and vendor engagement experience PROJECTS • Managing work for middleware component teams. Will include working with an offshore vendor and Associate BSA, Tech Leads to deliver real-time interfaces for multiple lines of business (Card, Bank, Digital, etc.). • Most projects will be just software development, but there will be need for some infrastructure work now and then. EXPERIENCE • General IT software development experience (interfaces would be preference) • Vendor management • Experience working with distributed teams • Agile and waterfall project methodologies Project Manager services include the management of complex, high value IT delivery projects that require the coordination of development work or technology work on multiple platforms to achieve desired functionality. Typically, the PM will lead a matrixed team and once the project is complete, the PM will move to another project that will have a different team mixture.
