Pay rate: $30-35 hr C2C * *Required 5-7 years of overall Performance QA testing experience with increasing domain of responsibility At least 4 years experience in performance testing, with this being the primary focus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/work experience At least 4 years experience in Performance Center / Load Runner Working knowledge of HP/Sitescope and Wily/Introscope monitoring products Experience and self sufficient in using UNIX/Linux VMSTAT / IOSTAT utilities Experience in Windows Performance Manager essential Database performance testing experience Oracle or SQL Server Knowledge of Websphere Java running on Windows Server 2008 DotNet Diagnostics experience is preferred Experience in creating test plans, cases, and scripts Excellent oral / written communication with ability to effectively work with onsite and remote teams. Strong independent worker and an excellent team player. Demonstrated problem analysis and problem solving skills in a technical environment. Strong data / metrics extraction, parsing and correlation skills using Load Runner Analysis and Excel Knowledge of productivity application software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio, etc. Ability to interface with all levels and across organizational lines. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
