Respond to and resolve production support issues. · Understand code and design, analyze defects/issues found, develop and test solutions to fix errors. · Identify application bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize performance. · Research, prototype, design, develop, and test solutions for application enhancements. · Translate functional specifications/requirements into successful implementations. · Create application design specification documents from which code will be written. · Create or modify code and design documentation for moderately complex system design that may span platforms.
