Length: 1 Year Face-Face Interview Description : We are currently seeking a Salesforce Support Analyst to develop solutions to address business requirements and issues on Salesforce CRM solution as part of the monthly release cycle and for the new initiatives. The successful applicant will also be responsible for day-to-day administration and end-user support, and will have opportunity to further learn and build the knowledge and experience around the Salesforce.com release management practices in a financial services environment. The role will report to the regional CRM Analytics manager based in Boston office and become a part of the global CRM Support & Analytics team within the SSgA Global Product & Marketing Business Unit.
