Financial domain experience is a MUST.* *KINDLY DO NOT SUBMIT CANDIDATE THAT HAVE 7 OR 8 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS I'M LOOKING FOR SENIOR CANDIDATES* Description : * Develops and executes test cases. * Documents problems identified in testing and reports results. * Manages the execution of multiple, complex test plans by preparing assignments, providing training and guidance and reviewing activities to ensure quality standards are met. * Wide experience conducting Functional, Integration, Stress, Unit, Smoke, Positive, Negative, Usability (System), Deployment, Black Box, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing. * Experience in writing queries and scripts for data analysis * Excellent analytical skills in understanding business process and functionality requirements while translating them into system specifications. * Strong knowledge of various Software Development Life Cycles, testing methodologies and environment including: Agile-SCRUM, and Waterfall models. * Knowledge of manual as well as automated testing strategies. * Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence, Business Architecture, Data Warehousing, Database structures and query formats with stronghold on SQL and Oracle systems. * Strong knowledge and proficient in creating UML diagrams such as Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. * Good experience in making the business users learn about the newly implemented system during the implementation stage and maintenance. * Six Sigma standards and protocols.
