Job Description
• Design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business
goals. Maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and
configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing
and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture.
• Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative
solutions to moderately complex problems.
• Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it
relates to team goals.
• Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on
complex problems.

Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Applications DBA and at
least one of the following:
o Minimum of 1 year of experience on latest EBS release R12 in Unix
platform
o Minimum of 1 years Install and Patching experience of EBS apps
Preferred Skills
• Oracle Business Intelligence
• Oracle Fusion Middleware
• Oracle Access manager
• Oracle SOA
• Bachelor’s degree (4 year college) or equivalent experience

Professional Skills Requirements
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving
environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal
skills
