I am a freelance recruiter, recruiting for this position in TX. *UTILITY SERVICES DEVELOPER* *Candidates MUST BE A STRONG Senior JAVA DEVELOPER and have the ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment!DESCRIPTION We are looking for a strong Senior JAVA DEVELOPER to assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of a enterprise wide utility services.* *This position will require the individual to expand on evolving business requirements from a large number of stakeholders to insure that proper technical solutions are designed and implemented. The successful applicant will have broad responsibilities for designing, building, and implementing mission critical software to a 24X7 environment. This position requires STRONG SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SKILLS and technical leadership.* *DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: * - *DEVELOP applications according to customer requirements* - *Coordinate with other technical teams to DEVELOP appropriate interfaces and ensure quality and efficiency through capacity planning, performance assessment, and both integration and regression testing.* - *Coordinate customer acceptance testing and ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues, regular status reports, and ongoing communication.* - *Understand and adhere to the Technology Services infrastructure and inter-relationships.* - *Develop/maintain efficient solutions to resolve complex business needs.* *BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:* - *Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.* - *5 years of application design and development experience in Java/J2EE technologies.* - *Experience developing, unit testing, and deploying high volume services (SOA, EDA) across various environments.* - *Strong understanding of OOP, including Design Patterns.* - *Experience using common Java frameworks and libraries.* - *Ability to collaborate with technical architects to understand functional requirements and the big picture to develop effective, flexible solutions.* - *Familiar with Eclipse (Integrated Development Environment) and the usage of source code repositories (like SVN) from within Eclipse for all Java projects.* - *Have a strong focus on unit (JUnit) and systems integration testing.* *PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:* - *BS in engineering, physics or mathematics or equivalent experience in field is a plus.* - *Experience working in an Agile DEVELOPMENT environment.* - *Experience using NoSQL databases like MongoDB , Cassandra, Redis, etc.* - *Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins desirable.* - *Experience in Web Development using REST, CSS, HTML5, JSON, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, Mobile UI frameworks, Responsive Web Design, WebSockets.* - *Graphics experience/talent is a plus.* - *Experience with SOA management tools such as SOA software, Layer 7.* - *Understanding of next generation API management.* Regards Ram acesoftsri...@gmail.com -- -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
