This Position Will Work As A Liaison Between Our Client’s Software Development Group And The Stakeholders. They Will Own, Define, And Manage All Aspect Of The Client’s Property Management Solution. (CONNECT) The Right Candidate Will Work Closely With The Product Manager To Successfully Build/Improve The Proprietary/Custom Solution. • Conduct Gap Analysis And/Or Gather High Level Requirements For New Solution Functionally. • Lead Cross-Functional Planning For Core Team Focused On New Product Delivery And Business Development Initiatives With Budgetary Responsibility. • Align Team Members On Project Goals And Deliverables. • Drive Development Of The "Integrated Development Plan" That Aligns Project Tactics With Overall Project Strategy And Budget. • Work With Team Members To Address Issues And Risks Associated With Achieving Deliverables On Time. • Identifies And Documents Requirements And Coordinates Testing, Productions, Scheduling And Other Actions Between Technical And Operational Units Assists In Reviewing And Analyzing Problems To Determine Solutions Or Enhance System Performance • Consults With Appropriate Operations And Applications Staff To Identify And Document Needs For Reports Or Other Production Requirements; Provides Assistance In Identifying Available Services And Providing Coordination Between Users And Information Technology Staff • Monitor Daily Team And Ensure Completion Of Activities According To The Endorsed Development Plan And According To Goals. • Manage And Facilitate Meetings, Ensure Appropriate Agendas That Enable Key Discussions And Decisions Within The Team. • Prepare Meeting Minutes And Follow-Up Action Items. • Participate In Strategic Discussions, Drive Scenario Discussion And Trade-Offs (Time, Cost, And Quality). • Work With Core Team To Prepare And Deliver Presentations. • Interact With Other Departments And Key Decision Makers. • Prepare And Update Key Project Documentation To Enable Communication Of Accurate Project Information To Broader Organization. • Facilitate Cross-Functional Conflict And Issue Resolution. • Lead Risk Management Within Project Team And Serve As A Project Advocate Within The Organization. • Provides Training And Assistance To Users On Various Types Of Software And Hardware, Coordinates Support From Technical Staff When Problems Require Additional Analysis Or Assistance Requirements: • Project Management, Process Improvement, Management Proficiency, Planning, Performance Management, Verbal Communication, Strong Understanding Of Business Requirements And Financial Acumen. • BS / MS In Business, Accounting, And/Or Information Technology. • 5-10 Years Of Business Analyst And/Or Project Management Experience. • Successful Results In Managing Multiple Product Development Projects. • Experience In Agile Methodology And SCRUM • Demonstrated Success As A Strong Strategic Thinker, A Solid Organizer And An Excellent Communicator To Numerous Audiences, Including Senior Management And Internal/External Customers. • Expert Knowledge Of MS Project, Excel, And PowerPoint. • ASP.NET Regards Ram acesoftsri...@gmail.com -- -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
