Position: SAP CRM Consultant Location: Sunnyvale, California Duration: 6 months · Ten plus years of SAP experience with at least 6 plus year in SAP CRM · Four plus (4+) years of experience with SAP CRM B2B ICSS & Web UI · TWO FULL life-cycle implementations of SAP CRM Sales/Service projects specially related to Complaints & Returns. · In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM Service and SD · SAP CRM Master Data, Order Management, and Pricing configuration experience with ECC backend. · Performed detail system analysis, develop functional and technical specifications · Hands-on configuration experience in large-scale project implementations · At least ONE implementations on CRM 7.0 · At least ONE implementations for a global, multi-national corporation · Ability to efficiently interact with multiple organizations to successfully implement projects in the e-Commerce space. · Worked closely with Data Warehouse, ABAP, Basis and other teams in design and implementation of SAP CRM Sales functionalities · Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. · Cross functional team experience, excellent configuration and development skills.
