The candidate must have the ability to understand and relate product technology, strategy and direction with business needs. Must be able to work well in a team environment, providing leadership in areas of expertise. Must be able to manage multiple systems environments (development, testing and production). The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: · 3+ years of Pega PRPC 5.x/6.x/7.x administration expertise. · Experience installing, configuring, deploying and upgrading Pega PRPC 5.x/6.x/7.x. - 5+ years of experience in information technology and a four year Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field. · Knowledge in one or more RDMS technologies such as DB2 /Oracle/SQL Server. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. · Knowledge of Pega frameworks like CPM, AES and BIX is a plus. · Knowledge of WebSphere, web security and single sign on configurations is a plus. - Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management technologies such as EMC Documentum and IBM Content Manager is a plus. - Technical documentation skills are a plus. - Scripting and automation skills are a plus.
