PeopleSoft Upgrade Experience. Solid understanding of NA payroll tables, NA payroll cycle, processes and reporting Ability to understand customer requirements, possess clarity of thought and communication and translate business requirements/issues to Functional requirements and design Should be able to demonstrate a very good functional understanding including process flows, configurations & setup of the modules handled Strong skills to understand existing implementation/setups in a short time work on functional aspects of incidents & propose accurate solutions.
