*Project Manager:*
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the successful
implementation of large-scale and complex projects that impact multiple
areas across the Bank. Candidate will possess strong strategic thinking,
problem solving, communication and analytical skills and must be able to
work in a fast paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
*Key Accountabilities *

   - Manages projects of great complexity, involving participation from and
   impacting multiple functions across the business lines.
   - Organizes project teams by identifying areas of needed expertise and
   required skills.
   - Manage overall delivery of project cross functionally through each
   project phase including requirements gathering, design,
   build/customization, integration, testing and post implementation.
   - Define, track, and ensure completion of project milestones and
   deliverables
   - Supports the activities of project teams to ensure quality and
   timeliness of project completion.
   - Identify, assess impact of and resolve project issues and conflicts
   with partner, management and/or project team
   - Creates project presentations and presents to senior management.
   - Ensures projects are completed according to time and budget schedules,
   and that objectives conform to line of business' overall standards,
   operations objectives, user requirements and client’s needs.
   - Serves as the key project resource for the launch for a business
   segment or channel from marketing approval through to launch.
   - Support budget tracking efforts to build true partner P&L, allocating
   operational costs to appropriate partner projects
   - Provide current status and updates on programs as requested with
   executive management, partners and internal project teams
   - Build strong cross organizational relationships

*REQUIREMENTS:*

   - 4-7 years project management experience, supporting clients
   - End to End Project Management experience
   - Project/strategic planning and business background with understanding
   of assigned areas of responsibility
   - Experience working on technology integration projects desired
   - *Credit Card/Banking industry experience is a must*
   - Strong organization and prioritization skills
   - Leadership
   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
   - Problem Analysis & Resolution
   - Business case analysis and development
   - Metrics Development and Deployment
   - Strong PC skills required including MS Office
   - College degree preferred
