Hi Sergio,

Email attachments usually get dropped by the server.

Looking at the output you sent, it seems that cccl can't see cl.exe (Visual 
Studio compiler). 

Can you make sure the `cl.exe` and `link.exe` are available via env variables 
and pointing to the right location?
