Happy that there was no reason to hardcode dst_mask.
No SCTP and one function argument per line.

I replied about sctp "tc add tc flower functions" so i'll skip here.
I didnt notice there was another function with single arg per line,
I'll fix this in V11 if there is a need or as a later commit.
