Hrrm... I think it should probably either be:

 Apache License 2.0

or

 Apache-2.0

It's rather unfortunate that PyPI doesn't allow testing / staging these.

Anyway, rather than fighting with this for too long, maybe it is best to
revert for now, and work on it for 3.8
