The test `ovn-controller - I-P for address set update: multiple ASes used by same lflow` is failing on s390x architectures due to the output being ordered wrong. This is a relatively easy fix and in other areas of the testsuite we do the same thing to ensure consistency, so it makes sense to be done here.
