Thanks, the patch looks good to me. I tried to find out how EtherTypes are
ordered but could not find the algorithm, so adding at the end looks fine.
Major networking projects (Linux kernel, libpcap, FreeBSD) use strict numerical
ordering by hex value, which would be worth doing in a v2. WDYT?
