While reviewing e150d409 ("packets: Validate ND option length in
packet_set_nd().", CID 278405) I noticed the same ND option-walk
pattern in odp_set_nd() (lib/odp-execute.c) was not covered by that
fix. The patch applying the same bounds check is attached.
