- Patch 1/3: Broadened the overflow check per Ilya's review to also
cover the prev_log_index + n_entries case, not just the
prev_log_index == UINT64_MAX case.
- Patch 2/3 (new): Added a matching check in
raft_handle_install_snapshot_request__() for the same overflow
pattern in the last_index + 1 computation.
- Patch 3/3: Expanded the condition to one line per monitor version
per Ilya's review.
