At this point I think we have one major issue with branch 2.13 that I'd like to be resolved before releasing 2.13.1 stable: https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/project/openvswitch/list/?series=188635 Any input on this is very welcome. For other branches I'll start preparing new stable releases. Will post patches likely this week.
