It is often necessary to fine-tune parameters of the unbound DNS resolver. The TTL of entries in the DNS servers cache is one example. Unbound's config may be conveniently defined in the form of a configuration file. This patch provides the means for specifying the location of a configuration file via an environment variable, in a similar fashion to how the location of the resolv.conf is specified.
