This patch set will add support for Linux kernels up to 5.8. In addition there are quite a few patches for openvswitch on the Linux kernel mailing list that have not been backported - here is a first batch attempting to catch up on some of that technical debt. There will be a follow up batch of patches to this one but I didn't want the patch bomb to get too large.
