It would be kind to include a sentence that says says that in the
commit messages, something like:
This commit does not change ovn-northd behavior.
It's helpful not just for ovn-northd-ddlog but for anyone who is trying
to follow along with development, since it means that they don't have to
think so hard. If they do notice a change in behavior, then it can also
help them decide that it's a bug that they should report.
